If you ever have a water damage or mold issue I highly recommend SERVPRO of Shippensburg/Perry County for your needs. They are very professional, friendly and efficient at their job. They explained what they needed to do to take care of the mold in my kitchen due to a unknown leak and the steps needed to do the rebuild to return my kitchen back to normal. They were very helpful dealing with the insurance company therefore I did not have to be a "middleman". I would call them again if I ever had another issue like this again in the future. Although I never want this to happen to me ever again!

Having our washer flood our home was something I would never want again! SERVPRO cam recommended to us and I gave them a call. Craig amd the clean up crew arrived quickly and had everything out within hours. They listened to our concerns and questions and the end results of the rebuild turned out great! Jason and Team were very helpful, I had a sewer line back up into my property. He showed up within a reasonable time, was knowledgeable, and fair with price. He helped me understand what needed to be done and aided me through the process all while being available for assistance if I needed it.

On Monday, February 17, we discovered that our sump pump had failed and our finished basement had almost an inch of water under the carpet.
Within two hours of our initial phone call and after normal business hours, Jason was on the scene with dehumidifiers ready to help start mitigation of our flooded basement.
The next day, Jason and his team started work in earnest. Communication was great. Jason explained what they were doing and gave us options. Jason personally checked the progress every day.
As of Monday, February 24, our basement is dry and ready for repairs.
We would happily recommend Jason and his team to anyone needing remediation of their property.

Jason and his team were absolute life-savers, showing up on a Sunday morning after we discovered a cracked pipe in our finished basement had been spraying all night (or even longer). They communicated well and were incredibly thorough to ensure that everything was completely dried out, cleaned up and prepared for repairs. They handled just about everything with the insurance company, making it a very easy process and great experience. (All things considered, of course). Don't know what we would've done without them!

Jason, the general manager, was awesome. We had water damage in our basement from a recent storm. Since it wasn’t covered by insurance, Jason proposed alternative solutions to keep the cost down. He didn’t have to do this, he could have just done the entire job and cost me much more money, but he didn’t. He left me some fans and a dehumidifier and gave me some tips to help dry out the basement. His tips worked great and our basement was dry in 3-days and all it cost me was the rental of his fans. Top rate company. Highly recommend.

We can't say enough about the SERVPRO of Shippensburg/Perry County team! We woke up to water in our downstairs bathroom spilling over into our basement like a shower for most of the night. I called them at 7:45 AM, left a message and received a return call at 7:50 AM. They were on-site by 8:30 AM with mitigation efforts starting immediately.
