Hardwood Floor tear out

Due to a water loss on the second floor from a broken pipe of an apartment, the beautiful hardwood flooring on the first floor in the living area had to be torn out because it was ruined.  Water had soaked down thru the ceiling and into the wood.  The living area and entryway area were both solid wood flooring that needed to be removed.  In addition to the wood floor, much carpet needed removed from the upstairs and stairway, as well as drywall from walls and ceilings were cut open and removed.  The drywall had bubbled up and was ruined as well.
