Commercial Water Damage Restoration

We received a call from a Hotel in New Cumberland. A smoker had propped open one of the outside doors to take a smoke break and when he or she was finished they had forgotten to close the door. Directly above the door was a water line. The outside temperature was well below freezing and the water line froze, burst and caused damage through the lobby, corridors, gym and several guest rooms. SERVPRO of Shippensburg / Perry County responded quickly, prevented any further or secondary damage and dried out the structure so the hotel could get back in the business of making money as soon as possible!
